  13. If you are installing the ZipQuest Pro™ aplication after having installed a demonstration version previously:  Be sure to remove both the ZipQuest Pro™ DEMO application, and the ZQProDEMO.data data file from your hard disk.

If the ZipQuest Pro™ icon is a generic Application icon instead of its custom Mailbox Icon, then you will have to rebuild the desktop on your computer.  To rebuild your desktop, select Restart from the Special menu in the Finder.  After the Welcome to Macintosh window appears, hold down the command and option keys on your keyboard until you get an alert message. It will ask you, "Are you sure you want to rebuild the desktop for… ?"  Say OK.  Once complete, you will see the proper icons for ZipQuest Pro.
